Commercial Dumpster Rental across Cumberland County and the Sandhills
Commercial customers have a different problem from homeowners: they do not need one container, they need the right container at the right time, every time, without chasing it. Property managers and HOAs keeping apartment complexes and shared spaces clean, retailers renovating or clearing inventory, restaurants upgrading a kitchen, offices clearing a floor, real estate and foreclosure cleanouts — the work is routine for us and the scheduling is the service.
We run daily, weekly and ongoing service, with swaps and recurring weekly or monthly pickups for repeat clients. The container sizes are the same as everyone else gets, 10 to 40 yards — a 15 for a retail or office cleanout, a 20 for a restaurant remodel, a 30 for construction debris or bulky commercial waste, and a 40 for large demolition or warehouse cleanouts. The talk is about volume per week and site access, not one job.

Retail refits, office cleanouts and property turnovers
A retailer clearing a store, an office floor cleared out, a property manager with tenant move-outs, apartment turnovers and foreclosure cleanups — these jobs make bulky, light debris in volume, and the 30 and 40 yard containers exist for exactly that. Restaurant kitchen upgrades are the one that runs heavy, because of the tile. Metal, concrete, cardboard and clean wood are separated and recycled whenever possible.
Who may haul for a business is set town by town and county by county. In Fayetteville, City Code Sec. 22-13(B) makes it unlawful to haul waste commercially on City streets without the necessary approvals, permits and licenses, and Cumberland County lets only collectors holding a county health department permit use its landfill (County Code Sec. 11-41.2). Hoke County licenses its residential haulers every year, Robeson County licenses haulers through its Solid Waste Director, Moore County requires a health department permit to haul waste for profit (Sec. 8-160), and Harnett County charges $135 per vehicle per year for its Waste Hauler Permit. We are licensed in the towns that require it. We found no exclusive roll-off franchise in any of our towns.
Placement on commercial property
On a private lot, in a loading area or on a job site, we found no City of Fayetteville permit for a roll-off. A container in the street is a different question: a City street or sidewalk needs the City's Temporary Right-of-Way Encroachment permit, $75 per 30 days on the FY2025-26 fee schedule (check the current fee), and a state-maintained road — needs NCDOT's written permit (G.S. 136-93). Timing matters near homes: City Code Sec. 17-11 bans loading and unloading containers within 50 yards of a residential area between 7 p.m. and 6 a.m. on weekdays and 7 p.m. and 8 a.m. on weekends and holidays. We build that into the delivery plan.

Commercial dumpster rental — the local specifics
A few local rules shape commercial work. Fayetteville has no general City business privilege license (those sections were repealed in 2017), but its solid waste chapter assumes private haulers serve businesses: a business that makes more than 192 gallons of waste a week must provide a stationary container for a private hauler (Sec. 22-5). Raeford is the exception to plan around — its code says no other entity may provide the garbage and waste collection the City provides to businesses inside city limits (Sec. 9-5), although the City does not collect construction debris. In Hoke County, waste collected by paid haulers goes to the Hoke County Transfer Station on C.C. Steele Road (Hoke ordinance Sec. 15), and Harnett County's landfills accept Harnett County waste only. Cumberland County's 16 container sites take no commercial or permitted haulers. We state what each town's code says on its page, are licensed in the towns that require it, and tell you where your job stands before the truck leaves the yard.

Answers
Commercial Dumpster Rental — your questions answered
Can you deliver outside business hours?
We take calls 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and we work to your site's access window, including after-hours pickups so a business can stay open. Fayetteville's noise code limits loading and unloading containers near homes at night and early on weekends, so drops near residential areas happen at sensible times.
Do you offer ongoing service plans?
Yes, for repeat commercial clients — daily, weekly or ongoing, with scheduled swaps we keep, volume pricing and emailed invoices.
Can you handle multiple sites?
Yes. Multiple containers at once and staggered deliveries and pickups across job sites are routine for property managers and contractors.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes — licensed in the towns that require it, and our drivers are experienced and insured. Ask when you book if your property manager or general contractor needs paperwork.
Do you serve every town on your list for commercial work?
Yes, but the rules differ. Cumberland, Hoke, Robeson, Moore and Harnett counties each license or permit the haulers that work there — we are licensed in the towns that require it. Raeford reserves the commercial collection it provides to the City, and Harnett's landfills take Harnett waste only. Each town page says what that town's code says, and we tell you straight on the phone.

Commercial Dumpster Rental across Cumberland County and the Sandhills
We run roll-off containers out of the Cool Spring Street yard to every town below. Fayetteville and the closest towns are often same-day; the edges of the area are more often next-day. Several counties license or permit the haulers that work there, and some towns keep containers out of the street — each page says so plainly. If your town is not listed, call anyway.
