Nature of our service

Quick Roll Dumpsters provides temporary roll-off dumpster rentals for residential, commercial and construction use in Fayetteville, North Carolina and the surrounding Cumberland County communities: delivery, placement, pickup and disposal of non-hazardous waste. Depending on the project, the schedule and the location, we may provide the rental directly or connect you with an independent local dumpster rental provider ("Service Provider"). We do not operate disposal facilities. Each Service Provider operates independently and is responsible for its own pricing, services and performance. All rentals are subject to availability and to local rules, including Fayetteville and Cumberland County waste management rules.

Acceptance of terms

By using the website, requesting a quote or renting a dumpster, you confirm that you are over 18 years of age and agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services. You agree to use the website lawfully and not to post harmful or misleading content, try to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or interfere with the site's security or functionality.

No guarantee of service

We work to provide reliable, professional dumpster rental, but we do not guarantee the availability, pricing or timing of any service in every location. Same-day delivery depends on availability. Work performed by a Service Provider is between you and that provider, and we are not responsible for scheduling, delivery, damages or disputes that arise from services handled by a Service Provider.

Information collection and sharing

When you book, you agree to give accurate information, including the project address, delivery instructions and payment details. We use it to fulfill your request and share it only with the people who need it to do that, such as a Service Provider or a payment processor. The Privacy Policy explains more.

Payments and pricing

All prices are in U.S. dollars and include delivery, pickup and disposal within the stated weight limit and the standard rental period. Additional charges may apply for excess weight, extended rental time or restricted materials, as quoted. Full payment or a deposit may be required before delivery. We accept major credit cards, electronic payments and business checks; late payments or declined transactions may delay service or cancel the order. You may cancel up to 24 hours before scheduled delivery for a full refund; same-day cancellations or missed deliveries may carry a service fee, and refunds are processed within 3 to 5 business days. Where a Service Provider fulfills the rental, payment and billing may be handled directly between you and that provider.

Use of the container

The standard rental period is up to 7 days unless otherwise agreed; extensions are available on request at daily or weekly rates, and you are responsible for calling us to schedule pickup. Load the container no higher than its top edge — an overfilled container cannot be safely transported — spread the load evenly, keep the path to it clear, and do not move it once placed. Do not place hazardous waste, paint, oil or other liquids, chemicals, asbestos, propane tanks, fuel containers or pressurized cylinders, tires, batteries, electronics, fluorescent bulbs, appliances or medical waste in the container. North Carolina law bans used oil, yard trash, white goods, antifreeze, aluminum cans, whole scrap tires, lead-acid batteries, motor vehicle oil filters, recyclable rigid plastic containers, discarded computer equipment and televisions from landfills, and lithium-ion batteries from December 1, 2026 (G.S. 130A-309.10(f)); lead-acid batteries may not be placed in a landfill or incinerator (G.S. 130A-309.70). Improper use may result in additional disposal fees or legal penalties.

Permits and placement

Placement on private property such as a driveway usually needs no permit. A container on a public street, sidewalk or right-of-way needs the town's permission — in Fayetteville, the City's Temporary Right-of-Way Encroachment permit, and on a state-maintained road, NCDOT's written permit — and getting it is the customer's responsibility. We can help explain the local requirements when you book. HOA covenants on containers are also the customer's to check. We place containers with care, but the customer accepts responsibility for surface damage to driveways, lawns or curbs unless protective boards were requested before delivery.

Service provider responsibility

When a Service Provider is involved, it operates as an independent contractor and is responsible for obtaining proper licenses, insurance and permits; complying with local, state and federal laws; the safe and lawful disposal of waste; and preventing damage during delivery or pickup. Quick Roll Dumpsters does not supervise, manage or control Service Providers and is not liable for their conduct or performance.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quick Roll Dumpsters is not liable for damages, injuries or losses resulting from improper use or loading of a dumpster; failure to comply with local laws or permit requirements; weather, natural disasters or other unforeseen delays; customer negligence during the rental period; or services provided by third parties; nor for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, our website or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the rental in question. We carry professional insurance, and customers are encouraged to review their own liability cover before renting equipment.

We make no warranties, express or implied, about the accuracy of information on this website or the fitness of any service for a particular purpose. The website and its content are provided "as is". You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Quick Roll Dumpsters, its owners, employees and affiliates from any claims, losses or expenses — including legal fees — arising from your use of the site or our services, your relationship or transactions with Service Providers, a violation of the law, or a violation of these terms.
