Residential Dumpster Rental
Driveway-safe roll-off containers for Fayetteville-area homeowners clearing garages, attics, remodels, moves, estates and yards.
Learn moreServices
Seven service lines out of one Fayetteville yard. Same containers, same flat pricing — what changes is how the load gets sized and what has to stay out of it.

Every job we do is a roll-off container with a different conversation around it. A homeowner clearing a garage in Hope Mills, a contractor on a build in Fayetteville, a landlord turning over a unit in Spring Lake and a landscaper clearing brush after a storm in Eastover all get the same clean container and the same flat price. What differs is the sizing, the placement, where the load goes and what the town where the job sits has to say about it.
The pages below explain each service the way we would on the phone. If your job does not fit any of them neatly, call (910) 672-8396 and describe it — most do not, and that is fine.

How it works
Most bookings take a few minutes.
One short conversation. We ask your location, what you are clearing, roughly how much there is, and how much room the driveway or lot gives us. No long forms, no guesswork.
You get one number covering delivery, the standard rental of up to 7 days, pickup, disposal and a stated weight allowance. If a smaller box does the job we will say so. If it is concrete, shingles or dirt, we say up front that weight decides the size.
The driver sets the container on the driveway, lot or job site exactly where you asked, with boards under it if you want them. Often same-day or next-day, depending on availability.
Keep it level with the top edge and keep the banned items out — tires, car batteries, used oil, antifreeze, paint, chemicals, propane tanks, TVs and computers, and appliances such as fridges, washers and water heaters. Need a swap mid-job or an early pickup? One call or text and we are on it.
The load goes to a permitted facility such as Cumberland County's Ann Street Landfill, with metal, concrete, cardboard and clean green waste recycled whenever possible. You get your driveway back the way you left it.

Answers
Describe the job and we will say. Roughly: homeowners want residential, builders want construction, businesses want commercial, people who would rather not lift want junk removal, and anyone in a hurry wants same-day.
No — the container and the flat price are the same. The difference is how we size and schedule it.
Yes. Standing swap schedules and monthly invoicing are routine for property managers and contractors.
Yes — fifteen towns, each with its own page. Several counties license or permit the haulers working there (we are licensed in the towns that require it), and some towns keep containers out of the street; each town page says what that town's code says.

We run roll-off containers out of the Cool Spring Street yard to every town below. Fayetteville and the closest towns are often same-day; the edges of the area are more often next-day. Several counties license or permit the haulers that work there, and some towns keep containers out of the street — each page says so plainly. If your town is not listed, call anyway.
