Fifteen towns and one yard in Fayetteville. Here is every place we cover, grouped by area, each with its own page on access, housing and what the town's own code says — including the counties that license their haulers and the towns that keep containers out of the street.

We run roll-off containers out of 555 S Cool Spring St in Fayetteville to every town below. Distance is the first thing that changes. Fayetteville itself, plus Vander, Hope Mills and Eastover roughly 7 to 8 road miles from the yard, are the quickest runs, and Stedman, Spring Lake, Wade and Parkton are 12 to 14 miles out — often same-day when you call before noon. Autryville, Falcon, Godwin and Linden are 15 to 20 miles out, and Raeford, Bunnlevel and Cameron about 23 to 33 — more often next day.
The second thing that changes is the law. Fayetteville needs its Temporary Right-of-Way Encroachment permit for a container on a City street or sidewalk — $75 per 30 days on the FY2025-26 fee schedule. Raeford's code bans obstructions in its streets and sidewalks, Hope Mills' code keeps obstructions out of its streets, and Spring Lake's keeps rubbish and lumber off its sidewalks. Outside town limits most roads are state roads, where NCDOT's written permit applies. Cumberland County lets only permitted collectors use its landfill, Hoke and Robeson counties license haulers, Moore County requires a health department permit and Harnett County a per-vehicle permit — we are licensed in the towns that require it. Each town page quotes the section and gives the department to call. We would rather say it here than find out on delivery day.
The service area
The run splits naturally: Fayetteville and the Cumberland County towns around it, and the towns just over the county line in Hoke, Harnett, Robeson, Sampson and Moore.
Fayetteville itself and the Cumberland County towns and communities around it — Vander, Hope Mills, Eastover, Stedman, Spring Lake, Wade, Falcon, Godwin and Linden — roughly 7 to 20 road miles from the yard (approx.). Same-day or next-day in Fayetteville, and often the same day across the county.
Parkton in Robeson County, Autryville in Sampson County, Raeford in Hoke County, Bunnlevel in Harnett County and Cameron in Moore County — roughly 14 to 33 road miles from the yard (approx.). Same-day or next-day, often the same day; call early for the longer runs.

Fayetteville, Vander, Hope Mills and Eastover are the most likely when you call before noon, then Stedman, Spring Lake, Wade and Parkton, 12 to 14 road miles out, depending on where the trucks are. Raeford, Bunnlevel and Cameron, 23 to 33 miles out, are usually next day.
Yes, call — the unincorporated parts of Cumberland County and the communities between our towns are often inside our run. They just do not have their own pages yet. In unincorporated Cumberland County we found no county permit for a container on a road, and the roads are state roads, so keep it on the property.
Because Cumberland County lets only collectors with a county health department permit use its landfill, Hoke and Robeson counties license haulers, Moore County requires a health department permit to haul for profit, and Harnett County charges a per-vehicle permit. We state what each county's code says, are licensed in the towns that require it, and tell you where your job stands when you call.
The flat rate depends partly on the delivery location, so the edges of the area can cost a little more — we say so up front.
Yes — Raeford in Hoke County, Bunnlevel in Harnett County, Parkton in Robeson County, Autryville in Sampson County and Cameron in Moore County. Further out than that, call and we will tell you honestly.
