Quick Roll Dumpsters runs out of a yard at 555 S Cool Spring St in Fayetteville. The idea is simple: make waste removal here faster, cleaner and more affordable, with clear communication, flat-rate pricing and a local team instead of a call center. So we keep it plain. One number that covers the job. A delivery window we hit. A local person on the phone.
Fayetteville is a city of very different jobs — 208,501 people at the 2020 Census across more than 148 square miles, the Cumberland County seat — renamed from Campbellton for the Marquis de Lafayette in 1783 — and next door to Fort Bragg. Homeowners in Haymount, Vanstory Hills and Kings Grant call about cleanouts, remodels and storm-damaged roofs; property managers turn over units; contractors build downtown, along Skibo Road, Raeford Road and the Bragg Boulevard corridor, and out along the new I-295 Outer Loop. Knowing which of those a call is before the truck leaves the yard is most of the job — along with knowing that the City does not collect contractor debris, that a container on a City street or sidewalk needs a Temporary Right-of-Way Encroachment permit, and that North Carolina will not let appliances, TVs, computers, lead-acid batteries, used oil or tires into a landfill.
Whatever you are clearing — a garage or a whole house, a job site, a yard full of storm limbs or a rental you want emptied by a crew — the container exists for it. Call (910) 672-8396 and describe it in a sentence.

How it works
Most bookings take a few minutes.
One short conversation. We ask your location, what you are clearing, roughly how much there is, and how much room the driveway or lot gives us. No long forms, no guesswork.
You get one number covering delivery, the standard rental of up to 7 days, pickup, disposal and a stated weight allowance. If a smaller box does the job we will say so. If it is concrete, shingles or dirt, we say up front that weight decides the size.
The driver sets the container on the driveway, lot or job site exactly where you asked, with boards under it if you want them. Often same-day or next-day, depending on availability.
Keep it level with the top edge and keep the banned items out — tires, car batteries, used oil, antifreeze, paint, chemicals, propane tanks, TVs and computers, and appliances such as fridges, washers and water heaters. Need a swap mid-job or an early pickup? One call or text and we are on it.
The load goes to a permitted facility such as Cumberland County's Ann Street Landfill, with metal, concrete, cardboard and clean green waste recycled whenever possible. You get your driveway back the way you left it.
On the job
We walk you through placement before the truck backs in, and check in again at pickup.

Local knowledge
There is a difference between covering an area and knowing it. We know which drives the truck fits down, which counties license or permit the haulers working there, which towns keep containers out of the street, that Fayetteville's right-of-way permit was $75 per 30 days on the FY2025-26 fee schedule, and that Raeford's code bans obstructions in its streets and sidewalks altogether.
Our service area page lists every town we cover, grouped by area, and each has its own page covering access, housing and what that town's own code says about containers in the street and who may haul.

Why us
The phone rings in Fayetteville. Whoever picks up knows the difference between a tight Haymount driveway and a country lot out past Stedman, and how far it is to Cameron.
Delivery, the rental, pickup, disposal and a stated weight allowance in a single number. No hidden fuel or pickup fees. If your load looks like it will go over, we say so before the truck leaves the yard.
Call before noon and most Fayetteville, Vander, Hope Mills and Eastover orders have a good chance of going out the same day, depending on availability. Raeford, Bunnlevel and Cameron, 23 to 33 miles out, are more often next day — said honestly, in advance.
Boards under the dumpster when you ask, and the driver tells you before delivery if a tight drive, low power lines or soft ground needs a different approach.
Weight fills a container long before volume does. If a 10 yard loaded level is the honest answer for your broken-up concrete, that is what we will quote you.
Storms drop limbs, fences and shingles across whole neighborhoods. We queue honestly after a storm and tell you where you are in the line.

The yard is at 555 S Cool Spring St, Fayetteville 28301. The number on this page reaches it, not an answering service in another state.
Fifteen towns across Cumberland County and just over the line in Hoke, Harnett, Robeson, Sampson and Moore. We tell you honestly which runs are same-day and which are next-day before you book.
North Carolina keeps used oil, appliances, whole tires, lead-acid batteries, computers and TVs out of its landfills, and yard waste out of construction landfills. We keep those out of the box, recycle what the facilities take, and say so.

Sizing
Quick answer: a 20 yard fits most Fayetteville remodels and cleanouts. How to pick between 10, 15, 20, 30 and 40 yards by volume, weight and space.

No permit found for a Fayetteville driveway roll-off; a City encroachment permit for the street, NCDOT for state roads. Every town, from its own code.

Fayetteville dumpster rentals typically run $295 to $695, flat. What is inside that number, what moves it, and the published landfill and permit fees.

We run roll-off containers out of the Cool Spring Street yard to every town below. Fayetteville and the closest towns are often same-day; the edges of the area are more often next-day. Several counties license or permit the haulers that work there, and some towns keep containers out of the street — each page says so plainly. If your town is not listed, call anyway.
Answers
Typical rentals run $295 to $695, with no hidden fuel or pickup fees. The price depends on the size, the type of debris, the delivery location and any permit, and how long you keep it. You get one flat rate on the phone that includes delivery, pickup, the standard rental of up to 7 days and the included weight — 2 to 3 tons on a 10 yard, up to 5 to 6 on a 40. Going over the weight costs extra, and extra days are a low daily rate. Call (910) 672-8396 for a firm number for your address.
Often the same day or next day, depending on availability — call before noon for the best chance of same-day. Towns 23 to 33 road miles out, like Raeford, Bunnlevel and Cameron, are more often next day. We tell you which when you call.
We found no City of Fayetteville permit for a roll-off on your own driveway or private property. A City street or sidewalk is different: you need the City's Temporary Right-of-Way Encroachment permit, through the Public Services Engineering Division — $75 per 30 days on the FY2025-26 fee schedule, so check the current fee. It is good for 30 days, you keep a 4-foot pedestrian path or post ‘Sidewalk Closed’ signs, and anything left in the street has to be lit at night (City Code Sec. 24-6). On a state-maintained road, NCDOT's written permit applies instead (G.S. 136-93). Check your HOA too. We flag it when you book.
North Carolina bans used oil, yard trash, white goods (fridges, freezers, stoves, washers, dryers, water heaters, A/C units), antifreeze, aluminum cans, whole tires, lead-acid batteries, oil filters, plastic bottles, computer equipment and TVs from its landfills (G.S. 130A-309.10(f)), and lithium-ion batteries from December 1, 2026. We also keep out paint, solvents and chemicals, propane tanks and gas cylinders, medical waste and asbestos. Cumberland County homeowners can take household hazardous waste free to the county center at 923 Wilkes Road.
A loaded roll-off is heavy. Ask for boards under the dumpster and the driver puts them down. Tell us before delivery if a surface worries you — fresh concrete, pavers, a cracked slab, grass or soft ground.
Volume and weight are two separate limits, and the material decides which runs out first. A bathroom or a garage is a 10, a kitchen, flooring or a deck a 15, a whole-home cleanout or roof a 20, a full-house renovation or new build a 30, construction and demolition a 40, and broken-up concrete or dirt a 10 loaded level. The size guide covers it; the phone call confirms it.
Yes — fourteen more towns across Cumberland County and just over the line in Hoke, Harnett, Robeson, Sampson and Moore counties. Several of those counties license or permit haulers (we are licensed in the towns that require it), and some towns keep containers out of the street; each town page quotes what that town's code says, and we tell you straight on the phone.
Early. Same-day depends on availability, and the days right after a big storm are the busiest. For a planned remodel or cleanout, a few days' notice gets you the size you want on the day you want it — and if the box has to go in the street, the permit has to be in hand first.
